Power Smoothie

Most of you all know. I lost a great amount of weight (75lbs to be exact). I did it with eating right and exercise.

I did replace one meal with this smoothie. Here goes the recipe:

~1 cup of Fat free milk (Brand       Over The Moon)

~1/2 Greek yogurt

~1/2 cup Strawberries

~1/2 cup Raspberries

~1/2 cup Blueberries

~1 med size Banana

~1 scoop of protein powder

And add a couple of ice cubes to chill it.

This is a super smoothie, that will keel you full for a long time. It’s packed with antioxidant, protein, and fiber. 3 keys to healthy living.
